O Sindicato dos Professores no Estado de Rondônia (SINPROF-RO) se reuniu, na manhã de segunda-feira (15/9) com a nova titular da Secretaria Estadual de Educação (SEDUC) Albaniza Batista de Oliveira, que substituiu, no dia 9/9, a professora Ana Lucia Pacini, decisão publicada no Diário Oficial do Estado da mesma data.
A reunião foi solicitada pelo Sindicato pois as propostas do governo estadual, apresentadas e aprovadas pela categoria (em assembleia geral) foram ainda na gestão de Ana Lucia Pacini, e então o SINPROF-RO busca que a nova secretária cumpra o que foi acordado anteriormente.
“A nova titular da SEDUC explicou que alguns pagamentos serão feitos em outubro, como o da progressão, do auxílio transporte e do auxílio alimentação. No entanto, esses dois últimos (transporte e alimentação) dependem de projeto de lei a ser encaminhado para a Assembleia Legislativa, mas a secretária garante o pagamento deles também em outubro”, explicou Elessandra Reis, presidente do SINPROF-RO.
O Sindicato se colocou à disposição da nova secretária para levar a ela todas as demandas dos trabalhadores, principalmente as questões que assegurem as condições de trabalho e a valorização salarial e de carreira.
“O nosso compromisso é acompanhar de perto cada demanda apresentada pelos docentes, garantindo que as informações cheguem com precisão e celeridade à SEDUC e que tenhamos retornos claros sobre os encaminhamentos e prazos para solução. A nova secretária se mostrou bastante animada e receptiva às questões da categoria, o que comprova que o canal de diálogo com o governo é essencial para manter a luta em prol dos servidores”, acrescentou Elessandra, que foi acompanhada pelos professores Joelson Chaves (secretário geral), Silvano Alves Campos (Secretaria de Assuntos dos Aposentados), João Bento (Secretaria de Assuntos do Interior), Thânia Kadma (Secretaria de Política para Mulheres Educadoras) e Sâmia Valéria (convidada), além do advogado Hugo Lacerda, que responde pela assessoria jurídica do SINPROF-RO.
