O Sindicato dos Professores e Professoras no Estado de Rondônia (Sinprof-RO), reunido nesta quinta-feira (15/9) com os professores e professoras lotados no sistema prisional rondoniense, fez os esclarecimentos sobre o processo n°7021825-64.2015.8.22.0001, que trata da implantação do adicional de insalubridade e/ou periculosidade a estes educadores lotados no sistema prisional.
O sindicato informou que entrará com o cumprimento da sentença transitada em julgado, referente à implantação e pagamento retroativo do adicional (insalubridade/periculosidade) aos professores lotados nas Unidades Prisionais de Porto Velho, e que foram solicitados alguns documentos à Escola Estadual de Ensino Fundamental e Médio Madeira Mamoré, visando subsidiar os cálculos dos valores retroativos do referido adicional, a contar da data da realização da perícia judicial realizada nas unidades prisionais (março/2018), nos termos reconhecidos pelo Poder Judiciário.
“É importante salientar que a decisão judicial expressa a necessidade da assinatura de termo de opção entre o recebimento do adicional de insalubridade ou de periculosidade. Por isso, aqueles que não assinaram serão chamados para comparecer à sede do Sindicato (Rua Manoel Laurentino de Souza, nº 2599, Embratel, Porto Velho) para a sua respectiva assinatura”, explicou Elessandra Reis, presidente do Sinprof-RO.
