O Sindicato dos Professores no Estado de Rondônia (SINPROF-RO) se reuniu, na manhã desta quarta-feira (19/11) com o procurador Salatiel Lemos Valverde, titular da Procuradoria Geral do Município (PGM), para tratar sobre o pagamento do retroativo referente aos meses de novembro e dezembro de 2024, e aos meses de janeiro, fevereiro, março, abril, maio e junho de 2025 aos professores da rede municipal.
ENTENDA
Em novembro de 2024, o SINTERO e a gestão anterior da Prefeitura de Porto Velho firmaram acordo judicial que estabelece o pagamento do Piso Nacional do Magistério já no início da carreira. No entanto, este acordo não foi colocado em prática porque o Ministério Público entendeu, há época, que não poderia ocorrer em plena campanha eleitoral.
Somente em junho de 2025, já na atual gestão, ele foi finalmente colocado em prática, com o prefeito Léo Moraes aplicando, enfim, o que determina a Lei 11.738/2008. E somente após isso foi anunciado o pagamento dos meses entre novembro de 2024 e início de junho de 2025.
COMO ESTÁ A QUESTÃO?
“O procurador nos informou que a instrumentalização deste acordo já se encontra na Secretaria Municipal de Administração (SEMAD) para que sejam feitos os cálculos de impacto, e logo após a conclusão do estudo que definirá os valores para cada professor, a Prefeitura, em conjunto com a PGM, decidirá como serão feitos os pagamentos, se de forma direta e total, ou de forma parcelada. E de acordo com informações do titular da Secretaria Geral de Governo da Prefeitura, e da própria PGM, o objetivo é que este pagamento seja feito já a partir de dezembro”, detalha a professora Elessandra Reis, presidente do SINPROF-RO, que na reunião esteve acompanhada do professor Joelson Chaves de Queiroz (secretário geral) e do advogado Hugo Lacerda, que presta assessoria jurídica ao SINPROF-RO.
Ela conta que, recentemente, o sindicato autor da ação divulgou uma lista não-oficial sobre o que cada professor, supostamente, irá receber, o que tem gerado confusão entre os profissionais da Magistério.
O SINPROF-RO se reuniu com a PGM exatamente porque tem o compromisso de levar esclarecimentos claros e exatos aos professores, pois muitos deles estão com dúvidas, querendo saber quando vão e o quanto irão receber, ou se seus nomes estarão na lista, ou se haverá alguma diferença de valores pagos a professores com o mesmo cargo e com o mesmo tempo de trabalho.
“Ora, essa é uma questão que depende somente dos órgãos oficiais, que ainda estão trabalhando com os cálculos desse retroativo. E só após estes órgãos concluírem este estudo de impacto aí sim haverá uma divulgação de uma lista oficial, com os valores e nomes dos professores. Até lá, nem a Semad, nem Semed ou qualquer outro órgão que tenha autonomia sobre este assunto, divulgou nada ou adiantou informações imprecisas. E quando divulgarem nós estaremos acompanhando de perto, para que nenhum professor tenha seu direito desrespeitado, pois esse é o papel do SINPROF-RO”, acrescentou a dirigente.
